COCONUT CURRY TEMPEH (GF) - Roasted Tempeh simmered in a Yellow Coconut Curry with Sweet Potatoes and Spinach.  Served over Basmati Rice.

SUMMER PESTO PASTA - Pasta tossed with Creamy Basil Pesto (Nut Free), Tomatoes, Zucchini, Spinach, Garilc and Broccoli.  Topped with 'Parmesean'.

GENERAL TSO'S TOFU (GF) - Tofu baked with Ginger, Garlic, Rice Wine, Tamari, Sesame, Chinese Chilies. Served with Broccoli over Jasmine Rice.


RAJMA CHAWAL (GF) - Red Kidney Beans simmered with Onion, Garlic, Ginger, Coriander, Garam Maslala, Green Chilies, Spinach and Tomatoes. Served over Millet.
