BORLOTTI STEW (GF) Borlotti Beans simmered with Mushrooms, Onions, Garlic, Tomatoes, Spinach, Rosemary and Olive Oil. Served over Polenta.
GENERAL TSO'S TOFU (GF) Cubes of Tofu baked with a sauce of Tamari, Sesame, Ginger, Rice Vinegar and Hoisin. Served with Sesame Broccoli and Brown Rice.
SHAWARMA (GF)- Roasted Soy Curls seasoned with Cumin, Cinnamon, Coriander, Turmeric & Paprika with Peppers, Onions & Greens. Topped with Garlic Yogurt Sauce and Served over Brown Rice.
FRUITION BOWL (GF)- Chickpeas with Lemon & Garlic, Steamed Kale, Sweet Potatoes and Butternut Squash. Served over Quinoa and Topped with Kale Pesto (Nut Free).
KOREAN STEW (GF) - Tofu, Mushrooms, Kimchi (mild), Lemongrass, Carrots and Asian Greens served over Millet.
