​JAMAICAN BLACK BEAN STEW (GF)- Black Beans simmered with Plantains, Name, Collard Greens, Allspice, Ginger, and Paprika. Served over Brown Rice.


MAPO TOFU (GF) Tofu and Ground Soy Sausage simmered with Sesame, Fermented Black Beans, Red Bean Paste, Tamari, Scallions and Ginger.  Served over Jasmine Rice with Broccoli and Greens.

 

RED BEAN CURRY(GF)- Red Beans simmered with Ginger, Sweet Potatoes, Spinach, Yellow Curry, Coconut Milk. Served over Basmati Rice.


FRUITION BOWL (GF) - Lemon & Garlic Chickpeas with Seasoned steamed Kale, Cauliflower and Butternut Squash. Served over Millet and Topped with Sun Dried Tomato Pesto.
