FRUITION (GF) Black Beans slow cooked with Kombu & Ginger with Steamed Broccoli, Kale, Sweet Potatoes and Butternut Squash.  Served over Quinoa.

BUFFALO TOFU (GF) Now available Mild or Hot!  Baked Tofu in our classic Buffalo Sauce sauteed with Cauliflower, Diced Tomatoes and Spinach with a creamy Ranch Sauce.  Served over Brown Rice.

STUFFED SHELLS BOLOGNESE - Jumbo Shells with a Sun Dried Tomato Ricotta Filling.  Topped with a Lentil Bolognese & Mozzarella and a side of Steamed Broccoli sprinkled with Cashew Parm.  Can be made without the Cashew Parm.

BREAKFAST BOWL (GF) Savory Tofu Scramble with Mushrooms & Spinach, Home Fried Potatoes, Garlicky Greens and Tempeh Bacon.

ETHIOPIAN BOWL(GF) - Misir Wot (Red Lentils with mild chili, onions,garlic & olive oil),  Alicha Kik (Yellow Split Peas with Ginger, Turmeric & Curry), Gomen (Slow cooked Collards) and Fosoliya (Green Beans & Carrots with caramelized Onion, Ginger & Garlic)

BRAISED COCONUT SPINACH & CHICKPEAS (GF) - Spinach & Chickpeas slowly braised in Coconut Milk seasoned with Lemon Zest, Ginger, Garlic & Sun Dried Tomatoes.  Served over Millet.
